A fee agreement will be signed between Maître Karima Ladjeroud-Bounaas and the client to set out the terms and conditions for fixing fees.

The firm applies 4 billing models

To ensure a relationship of trust with her client, Me Ladjeroud-Bounaas makes a point of communicating her fees in a transparent and predictable way.

Ms Ladjeroud-Bounaas applies 4 types of billing depending on the case presented:

1. Fees based on time spent

For one-off requests, when the customer and Me Ladjeroud-Bounaas agree to bill on a time-spent basis, Me Ladjeroud-Bounaas applies an hourly rate of between 250 euros excluding VAT and 350 euros excluding VAT.

2. Fixed price fees

Depending on the difficulty of the case and its nature, it is sometimes appropriate to agree on a global lump sum fee, for which Me Ladjeroud-Bounaas and her client agree and set a payment schedule together.

3. Fees based on results

In addition to the time-based or flat-rate commission, there may also be a result-based commission. This fee is announced at the outset by Me Ladjeroud-Bounaas and varies between 10 and 14%.

Example: litigation proceedings before the employment tribunal are invoiced by a flat fee + a fee for results.

4. Subscription fees (for works councils and companies)

To provide companies with ongoing support and assistance, Me Ladjeroud-Bounaas offers subscriptions tailored to the customer's needs. Me Ladjeroud-Bounaas is well aware of the legal and HR assistance needs of VSEs, SMEs and start-ups, and offers "made-to-measure" subscriptions.

In most cases, Me Ladjeroud-Bounaas requires an advance on the fixed fee.

In accordance with the ethical rules of the legal profession, fees are adapted according to various criteria, namely the client's financial situation, the complexity of the case to be handled and any special circumstances relating to the case.

The first meeting is always billed and consists of a legal and/or strategic consultation. The cost of this first meeting can be deducted from the fixed fee if the case is subsequently entrusted to the firm (duration approx. 45 minutes).

In all cases, Me Ladjeroud-Bounaas' fees are subject to 20% VAT.
