Passionate about labor law, Ms Ladjeroud-Bounaas holds a Master 2 in Labor Law and Industrial Relations from the Université Paris X Nanterre Ouest La Défense (formerly Droit Social et Droit syndical). Ms. Ladjeroud-Bounaas worked for small and large law firms (most recently KPMG Avocats), mainly in the fields of labor law, social security law and international employee mobility, on behalf of French and foreign companies of all sizes and in all business sectors, before opening her own practice.

After practicing mainly at the Paris Bar, Me Ladjeroud-Bounaas decided to settle in the Hauts-de-Seine region, and more specifically in the heart of the town of Neuilly-sur-Seine, for its economic dynamism and strategic location between Paris and La Défense.

With over ten years' experience in employment law with French and international companies, Ms Ladjeroud-Bounaas assists French and foreign companies throughout their development.

Aware of the need to establish a solid framework, Maître Ladjeroud will assist you in launching your business, whether to support you and inform you of the various social and legal obligations associated with opening your structure, or to ensure the recruitment of employees in compliance with legal conditions, the drafting of employment contracts and the definition of the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
